Intern Architect

Intern Architects at SOA are creative professionals gaining the experience they need to become licensed Architects with the AIBC. They demonstrate leadership skills, support other team members and are adept at producing project drawings and visualizations. Our Intern Architects share SOA’s commitment to making a difference in BC communities by excelling in the areas of institutional, multi-family and community housing design.

Intern Architects have the same roles and responsibilities as Architects but are working towards completing the final experience and examination requirements for licensure, and are eligible to be licensed, under the AIBC. Intern architects must be enrolled in the AIBC Internship in Architecture program and must practice under the direct supervision of a licensed Architect.
